Frank Lawlis, PhD
Dr. Lawlis has focused upon
clinical and research methods of the mind-body relationship since 1968 when
he received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in medical
psychology and rehabilitation. He has been awarded the Diplomate (A.B.P.P.)
in both Counseling Psychology and Clinical Psychology. He also received the
status of Fellow from the American Psychological Association for his
scientific contributions to the field of clinical psychology and behavioral
medicine, and he has been honored with numerous other awards for his
pioneering research in this field.
Lawlis has authored and
co-authored many books, and his two latest works, “The IQ Answer” and “The ADD Answer” are best-sellers. In addition, he has written more than 100 articles and chapters in
various publications.
Currently, Lawlis is the
Supervisory Psychologist for American Mensa, he serves as
the chairman of the Dr. Phil Show Advisory Board and is Chief Content Advisor
for the Dr. Phil Show. Dr. Phil describes Lawlis as,
"a superb scientist as well as a truly caring human being."

Sam Alibrando, PhD
Dr. Alibrando has
been helping individuals, couples and organizations for nearly 25 years. He
served as an Assoc. Clinical Professor at a local APA approved graduate
school and as President of the San Gabriel Valley Psych. Association. He is
the author of a book on the change process entitled: "Follow the Yellow Brick Road: Five Disciplines of People Who Actually Change". In addition to his
psychotherapy practice, Dr. Alibrando is also an organizational consultant
and trainer where he does executive coaching, team building, leadership
development and conflict resolution. His paradigm of help in a virtual
environment is closer to that of a life or executive coach rather than that
of intensive psychotherapy as in a face-to-face environment.

Dr. Pedram M. Shawd, MD
Dr. Shawd practices adolescent and adult primary care, specializing in
internal medicine. He has also had a special interest in psychology and personal
growth. His patient care philosophy is person-centered care, which emphasizes
quality of life, such as freedom from both emotional and physical pain,
healthy self expression, positive and constructive relationships, prevention,
and education. Person-centered care puts the person at the center of
attention, and asks how she can reach her potential and goals, and prevent
future problems.
He has had a special interest in the care of women, and has been active in
organizations that focus on women's health care. He has also been involved
with organizations geared towards achieving societal and educational equality
for women.
Dr. Shawd received his BS in Physiology, with a concentration in women's
studies and sociology. He completed his medical studies at the State
University of New York, with a year of research in neuropsychology at New York University. He then completed his residency at the University of California, Irvine, and currently practices privately in San Diego.

Lucille Derrig
Mrs. Derrig served as Assistant Superintendent of the Los Angeles Unified School District. In that capacity, she provided administrative direction and leadership for the district's Early Childhood Education Division. She has been an educator for 40 years and served in many
positions, beginning her career as a teacher in 1960. Her career spanned a variety of positions within the education system, including advisor, coordinator, administrator,and principal of many elementary schools. Mrs. Derrig also serves on many education committees at the City, County and State level, recently having served as President of EDUCARE, a support organization of the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California.

Deborah Cooper
Ms. Cooper is a highly respected expert on relationships and personal
growth. She is internationally known as "The Relationship Doctor".

David Sipes
David Sipes is currently an Executive Manager for iPowerWeb, Inc., overseeing
the strategic operations and network security. He has help grow iPowerWeb to
be the fastest growing web hosting firm on the Internet today, gaining more
that 60,000 clients in its first year of operations. Prior to joining
iPowerWeb, Mr. Sipes was the Director of Information Technology for Titan
Systems Corporate (NYSE: TTN), a $1.1 billion public company based in San Diego, California. In addition to his efforts with Titan System, Mr. Sipes co-founded
EBI Synetics Group, a fast growing electronic business integration company
where he served on their Board of Directors for several years before selling
his interest in the corporation. From 1996 to 2001, he was responsible for
the business operations of Interliant (NASDAQ: INIT) subsidiary Internet
Communications. A result-driven technology industry executive, Mr. Sipes
brings years of technical, operating and management experience, combining
expertise in strategic planning, organizational management, team building,
and operations management. In addition to his business talents, Mr. Sipes is
an MCSE, Solaris/BSD UNIX and security expert with experience in building
networks from small local area networks to large-scaled multi-million dollar
fully redundant, secure, load balanced wide area data networks.
